At Lonely Driver Coffee, we are proud to partner with coffee farmers in Vietnam who are deeply committed to regenerative and sustainable farming practices. These farmers believe in restoring the soil, preserving tradition, and producing coffee with integrity and care.

We source fair trade, organic, specialty-grade 100% Robusta beans grown in Vietnam’s rich coffee regions and roast every batch in small quantities to ensure consistency, freshness, and quality control. Our coffees are crafted to showcase the bold character, depth, and complexity that authentic Vietnamese coffee is known for.

Every roast at Lonely Driver Coffee is a reflection of the farmers, traditions, and culture behind it. From farm to cup, our goal is to honour authentic Vietnamese coffee while creating an experience meant to be shared.

We currently offer three distinct roast profiles: Medium, Dark, and Super Dark, each carefully developed to deliver a unique experience in every cup.

Medium Roast

A smoother and more delicate expression of Vietnamese Robusta with a clean finish and layered complexity.

Tasting Profile:

Roast Level: Medium


Body: Light with a clean finish

Taste Notes: Almond, peach, pear, prune, anise, and molasses

Best For: Drip coffee, black coffee, iced coffee, and lighter milk-based drinks

Dark Roast

Bold, balanced, and rich — designed for everyday drinking with deep flavour and a smooth finish.

Tasting Profile:

Roast Level: Dark

Body: Full-bodied with a rich texture

Taste Notes: Caramel, chocolate, and a bold finish


Best For: Espresso, drip coffee, French press, milk-based drinks, and traditional Vietnamese hot or iced coffee with condensed milk

Super Dark Roast

Our most intense roast profile, delivering deep richness and the unmistakable boldness of classic Vietnamese coffee.

Tasting Profile:

Roast Level: Super Dark

Body: Heavy and full-bodied

Taste Notes: Dark chocolate, caramel, almond, and warm spice with subtle clove aroma


Best For: Espresso, iced coffee, heavy milk-based drinks, and traditional Vietnamese hot or iced coffee with condensed milk
